Sinner

"You're a sinner!" They say to me.

"Why?" I ask.

"Because you watch R-rated movies."

What?! You're calling me a sinner for THAT?

There's crime in our streets, guns in our schools, innocent men are being decapitated on video tape and you're screaming sinner in my face for watching a movie that is associated with a single letter in the alphabet?

If you're going to call me a sinner, at least do it for something legitimate.

Call me a sinner for swearing too much, damn it!

Or for being a glutton... I can't get enough candy and fast food.

Call me a sinner for thinking less than pure thoughts whenever I watch an Avril Lavigne video.

Or for being envious of other people's money.

You can even call me a sinner for whacking off once in a while...

But don't call me a sinner because My favorite movie happens to be "Magnolia" and yes it's rated R and for all the right reasons.
